Soothing Pedicure Soak
Homemade pedicure soak is perfect for winter-cracked feet. This relaxing home foot spa melts away tension after a long hard working day. Milk moisturizes the feet and makes it soft and supple. Lactic acid present in milk helps to exfoliate the skin. Honey heals any shoe scars or cuts on our feet.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Honey
½ cup Milk
½ cup Sugar
3 drops Almond Oil
Directions:
Pour hot water in a footbath tub. Put honey, milk and almond oil in the tub and let it set for few minutes. Soak your feet for five minutes and then exfoliate with sugar. Leave your feet in the tub for another 10-15 minutes. Pat your feet dry and apply a good moisturizer.
Note:
After pedicure soak, you can also rub baking soda on your feet to soften calluses.
